RedBull Tour

As I clean out my closet of old shows, one tour I forgot to mention was the YOYOYO 90s JAM tour sponsored by redbull. I'm not gonna go much into it save to say that those tubular kids who decked themselves out in the 90s gear really got wings with some excelent prizes from Redbull. Man that tour was like strapping into our Delorian and going 88 to go back to 92! Much love to the kids who came out and the wonderful energy that Redbull lovers get.

NEW YEARS!!!

Well hey out there all you hip hoppin, do woppin, house lovin, visual craving kids! THE NEW YEAR IS HERE! And I for one am ecstatic! With a new year comes a look back on the great fun I have been having with all the DJs and parties that I have been lucky enough to be apart of. Some super favorites are of course the bodacious YOYOYO 90s JAM! Dancing On The Charles and the underground fabulousness that was dubbed "Knights New Years Jam" Three Bands and Two DJs helped me worth through this 8 hour set of ecclectic madness! An 80's Coverband, a Local MC and my personal friend and brother from another mother DJ Done to close out the last few hours. Dub screens one 7x 7 and one 30 x 30 showered over the crowd of debaucherous kids and 80s dressed insanity. My love and respect to all who made it out to this underground rave-esqe INDOOR SKATE PARK that reminded us all of the foot clan's hide out in the origional Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. What does 2009 have in store? Who are we to know? If you are like me you are just excited for the adventure. So bundle up kids, its cold out there, but its always warm on the floor!

North East Kingdom

So I have been avoiding writing about my home away from home because it is an untapped resource of fun and great people. Very closely knit and teeny tiny- but this was a mistake and one that I can no longer allow to continue to do. The North East Kingdom is a little slice of heaven that seems to have everything for everyone. Salt of the earth people who take care of one another and involve themselves heavily within the community- because there is little else to do. So I have been coming up here every year or so since I was born to visit my godfamily and friends- but it wasn't until recently that things have really taken off here. The shows are getting wilder and more artistic with every passing month. I played one show at this great spot called Parker Pie back in the summer and now I am getting offers and shows left and right. But that's not the reason I am writing about it. A close friend up here i just recently found out, is a VJ. His name is Cavin Meese, and lemme tell ya- he. has. skills. amazing skills. His focus is entirely show oriented- he comes at each gig from a lighting perspective where the visuals are more integrated into the performers so that not only is he playing live, but is an integral and all encompassing part of the show. Check him out if you have a chance, seriously. His work is inspiring and you can tell he works heavily with the venue and performers to really make the show fly. His knowledge is endless and he has become a personal hero and guru to yours truly, the Ka$h money. So this is my shout out to him - KUDOS sir! keep up the good work. He is someone I hope to work with often and soon...more to come

Snow Snow!

Whoa! So This has been some crazy times for the Ka$hMoney! Lots of gigs, LOTS of travel and A BUNCHA great times! I'll post more often after I can get out of this snowstorm up here in the kingdom! Check out some new events, Dec 27 at PROV in Providence RI is the return of the TOTALLY TUBULAR YOYOYO 90s JAM!!!!!! And for NEW YEARS the XTREME New Years Bash in East Burk VT- come one come all! lets melt the snow!

So this week the 90s crew of Kash Money, Chuck D, and Easy E headed south for an event to topple the giant flux copassitor that it took to travel the entire club of PROV in Providence R.I. back to the 1990s. The jams were bumpin and the party was slammin as we all chugged down some radical redbull to the tunes of Biggie, Tupac, Black Street, and Mariah just to name a few. The visuals were bodacious covering the entire stage and VIP sections with clips from Juice, music videos matched up to the songs playing and effects that made you say Whoa like Joey, no diggity. For a little bit of flavor Oceen, a rave DJ from the 90s, came in with his crowd pleasers and the videos took on an adult theme. The only thing we weren't expecting was how slow that 1996 internet would be, and how heavy our computers got! MAN! it was a fun trip- we got two more coming up Friday in Dover NH and Saturday in Maine! COME ONE AND ALL IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRAVEL IN TIME! where we're going, we dont need.....roads
